Everything in the shop is printed to order in our own workshop. Here is exactly how shipping and returns work, in plain language.
Shipping
Parts ship from Neenah, Wisconsin. Cost and timing depend on where you are relative to central Wisconsin, and it is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Local pickup is welcome. If you are in the Fox Valley and would rather collect the part in person, get in touch and we will arrange it.
Returns
Every part is printed to order, which means each one is made specifically for you rather than pulled off a shelf. For that reason we do not accept returns.
That makes the step before buying the important one. If you are not completely sure the part matches your machine, send us a photo and the model number first and we will tell you honestly whether it fits. We would much rather answer a question than have you buy the wrong thing.
If something is wrong with your part
If a part arrives damaged, or it is not the item you ordered, contact us and we will make it right. That is a different situation from a change of mind, and it gets treated differently.
Custom work
Scanning, design, and custom printing are quoted per project. You will know the price and the timeline before any work starts, and nothing gets billed that you have not agreed to.

Send a photo of the part and the model of your machine. A quick answer now beats a wrong part later.
